Common questions

My trade offer didn't arrive. Check that your trade URL is correct in Settings and that your inventory is public, then try again.

When do I get paid? As soon as we verify your items. Payouts may be briefly reviewed before processing.

Is this safe? We use Steam OpenID and never ask for your password. Every item is verified before payment.

Email support@rustauto.gg and include your sale ID (found on the sale page).
